Holiday Changeovers
We will provide a complete laundry and cleaning package, to suit yourself and
your property.
•Check your inventory on departure of guests, and
report to you any damage or breakages.
•Bed linen, towels and tea towels, will be laundered and ironed
•Beds will be remade with fresh linen.
•Sweep and mop all floors, (including outside areas).
•Kitchens, bathrooms and toilet thoroughly cleaned.
•Supply and fit new gas bottles as required. Cost of refill only,
to be met by the owner.
•Check all light bulbs and replace if necessary.
•Removal of any rubbish.
•Clean patio furniture.
Meet and Greet
We would be there to welcome your guests to your property, hand over the
keys and show them around their accommodation, if required.
A welcome pack is also available, especially useful if your guests are arriving
late, there is a charge of 20 Euros
We would also be the emergency contact for you guests, if needed.
