Security
This service is available to all clients, but may be the better option if you do
not intend on renting your property.
Weekly visit to your property, carrying out the following:-
•Inspect all doors and windows.
•Check for infestation.
•Any maintenance issues, which will be reported to
you.
•Give the property an airing.
•Flush all toilets and run all taps.
•Water garden and house plants.
We will also make the property ready for your visit.
Key Holding
We would hold a set of keys to your property and make them available to
visiting guests and tradesmen.
